Entertainment & Model Management Services

Outside management services offered by Tony Mitri may be available to qualified artists/performers.  To Mr. Mitri, the artists he works with are more than just clients, they are like family.  He takes a personal interest in every client and is selective about the individuals he chooses to manage.  He is determined to raise the standards of moral and ethical conduct in the music industry and has implemented several programs to achieve just that.

Upon an initial meeting with each client, Mr. Mitri assesses the individual's personal talents and abilities, discusses the individual’s career goals and aspirations and determines the course of action needed to achieve the desired level of success.  Working with each client individually, he creates a personal business plan for each.  This plan then becomes the guidebook to enhancing the individual's career.  Some of the first key elements of this step are assessing the individual's talents and ability level, as well as their personal fitness level and getting them started on a personal enhancement program.  This is critical for success in today's musical arena, as artists now require increased stamina to put on the show stopping performances that are expected of today's hottest acts.

This suggested regimen is personalized based on each individual’s abilities, needs and goals, and may include:

Mr. Mitri also reserves the right to drug test artists he works with, as he feels a clean body and clean mind make for better music.  In addition, right or wrong, entertainers are role models whom others look up to and because of this, he feels it best to set positive examples for today's youth.  Also, working with artists who maintain a high ethical standard allows him to work with artists young and old alike, without jeopardizing his good name or the people he represents.

Once the necessary personal enhancement programs are completed, each artist will require a professional marketing package including a bio, press photo and demo CD to showcase their individual talent.  A professional package is critical to ensure the right image for yourself, as this is the first impression you make to the industry.  Mr. Mitri can assist you in developing the package that is right for you.
